Anime
Science-Fiction & Space Hub

Even though it is animated, there's plenty of sci-fi classics & current series to choose from...

Yet another great import from Japan.  Science-fiction is bound to anime, after all because it is a genuine art form that tells a captivating story.  Other good reasons include the unparalleled flexibility for creating scenery, characters, aliens, robots, and space battles.  Most of the links have shows that are amazing mixtures of science-fiction, action-adventure, supernatural, mecha, and alternate history.  Dates cited for the web page are based on when the television show or the movie appeared in Japan.  In the event I have been unable to find a good link for an anime series and/or movie, please check for information on Wikipedia, the Internet Movie Database or the anime websites--see the News links.
By the way, there is more to anime than buff studly guys with spiky hair; and/or beautiful half-naked or skimpily dressed females in space or other planets!  Not that there's anything wrong with that...

SF Anime movie or tv programs worth mentioning, even though a fan-run website in English is absent from a convenient view online...
